Horrible and not clean at...

Liked: It was close to shopping areas
Disliked: The staff were not overly friendly, confused on payment they had taken a second card we thought was for payment because we discussed this in front of them, and then the payment was taken out on another card. There was no wifi given, the air conditioner was loud. The fridge wasn't plugged in so my meal was no good, the bathroom was dirty as in there was feces by the toilet paper roll. The continental breakfast was very minimal and the farthest thing from anything nutritional and coffee was awful I couldn't drink it. There was mold on the wall behind the light. There is also no information about fire escape in the room.

Caring hosts at America's Best...

Liked: Nidal was extremely courteous and helpful in getting me into a room after my late nite arrivel into Hector International, and driving and getting lost in a city I was unfamiliar with, AND in the rain. He really made me feel welcome and that he would take care of me, which he did.
Disliked: Attempting to find your hotel in the dark and rain, coming from Hector International. Y ou need to text/email detailed driving directions from the car rental parking lot. Thank you

No frills stay-

Liked: Was a solo night - quick online booking. Was able to pay online. Well lit parking lot- no trouble. No bed bugs - decent new mattress.
Disliked: Tub drain was a blob of rust- moldy shower curtain water smelled odd. Skipped showering
