Awful, uncomfortable, ripoff, I want...

Disliked: Very unfriendly, rude. I have two services animals that travel with me and he told me after one night (with no issues) that he would no longer allow services animals and we needed to leave and we didn’t get a refund, no accommodation. Charged an extra $200 that came through my card in intervals of 4 different $50 charges on my card and he called to say the reasoning, after the fact, which was I left my dogs bed and housekeeping had to throw it out.

Disliked: This hotel charges extra fees that are hidden until you stumble upon something that they charge for. I would not recommend staying here unless you have lots of room on your credit card!
