Disliked: Everything. Under construction, pool was closed, construction paper tapped on the windows in our room for curtains. Couldn’t get our door open, bed sheets stained, towels stained. Absolutely terrible. Never again

Yeahhhhh no.

Liked: The beds were comfy but they were obviously stained. It smelled clean, didn't look clean.
Disliked: The microwave didn't have a cord long enough to be plugged in unless on the floor. The heater never stopped at a designated temperature it was on. Or it was off. The pool WAS NOT OPEN not being informed until I arrived. My door would not latch unless violently slammed. The ice machine was leaking and made a puddle on the floor. The front desk man's friend was screaming in the lobby WITH A MICROPHONE at 7 PM. And the walls were paper thin. Half of the place is being renovated and it seems like an abandoned wasteland.

It sucked

Disliked: Desk person was in the darkened reception area picking up debris. He was polite and greeted us. We checked in and walked through darkened halls. We came upon the Pool area also dark. The door was locked. This motel did not appear to be open for guests. We walked back through the dark hallways to the reception area. We cancelled our room and looked for a motel that appeared to be open. We slept comfortably after using the pool area. We will never even think of going to American Value and will warn others. We tried to contact Booking.com on the phone number provided but could not get a live person to speak with. We would like a refund for this disaster.

Liked: NOTHING. It was so dirty it should be shut down.
Disliked: EVERYTHING. So dirty and gross.

Very poor

Liked: Location was good and room was clean but was very outdated.
Disliked: Pool wasn't working, restaurant and bar advertised wasn't open. Door key wasn't working most the time took several times to open. Would not go back to this place again.
