We’ve stayed at other Americas...
Liked: DO NOT STAY HERE! Not clean! Our room was disgusting. Used soap in the shower, trash everywhere, the hide-a-bed hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. We dropped our stuff off, and had to get to an event. When we returned we noticed everything. We didn’t even stay. We checked out at midnight. It was a great value, but even a great value can be clean.

Liked: Security door broken & propped open 24/7.Room keys needed to be reprogrammed every day.Hall and lobby smell like a urinal cake.4 days with no maid service.

Very pleasant.
Liked: The staff was very professional and only treated myself and my friends with respect. The room was very clean and had no issues. And for that price was a deal of a lifetime.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been a little more expansive but for the price we had no issues.

Disliked: I was very disappointed with everything. Check in was a nightmare. I requested adjoining rooms and month in advance, was told that wouldn't be a problem, then it was. The pool was convered and the hot tub drained. The breakfast was a joke. No plates. No forks. Only a few pieces of bread and a drop of waffle batter. The sheets were dirty. Most of the lights didn't work and the outside doors were propped open by rocks. I will NEVER stay here again.
