Disliked: TV was not working

Disappointing

Liked: Staff were nice, fresh coffee and juice in the morning.
Disliked: The floors and other areas were dirty. Beds were made but looked kind of tired. Bathroom was clean, towels looked like washed in lower temperature.

Old, run down hotel!

Liked: One roll of toilet paper had gotten wet previously and they left it!!!!!Smoke alarm/detector was not plugged in. It was laying on the ac unit.The light above the sink was not functioning.When I checked out, I asked for the manager to contact me. They did NOT.I called back a day later to speak with the manager and they "weren't in."I was given a phone number to contact them and it was just a busy signal constantly
