Liked: Price of rooms
Disliked: Very, very unclean. We had stained sheets in both rooms, what looked like feces on the wall and generally run down + smelly look / feel. The breakfast was almost non-existent with a few bread products and cereal. I think the most deceptive part are the pictures of the rooms on booking.com. They look very clean and well kept. That is not what we experienced at all. We were just passing through for an overnight sleep and would have given a better review if the marketing had matched the reality. We are aware that lower priced properties tend to be a bit rougher but this place presents as low price yet clean / crisp and it is not.

Good and bad

Liked: Room was clean, beds were good, and leather like chair was very comfortable.
Disliked: Toilet flapper wasn't working good, and took 20 minutes to check in.

Liked: Location was good. Set back from main road helped it be quiet and very affordable
Disliked: The bed frame squeaked so loud from even just sitting on it. We wound up just putting the mattress on the floor because even rolling over was so damn loud
