Good location - reasonable rates...

Liked: Good location - reasonable rates - clean & comfy!We stayed five nights in this motel (room entrances off the parking lot) which we chose for its location right off I-75 and SR64. Plenty of parking available. Our check-in with Jennifer was so easy...she answered all our questions. Our room was clean and spacious enough. The bed was quite comfortable. Room needs addressed when we asked for attention. Given its proximity to Sarasota, St Petersburg and Tampa, the room rate was quite reasonable. Fast Food options within walking distance

The Best Room Deal in...

Liked: The Best Room Deal in the Area.The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean. I was happy to see no carpet in the room. (Hotel room carpets are among the dirtiest things on the planet.) The shower was hot. The tv was large. The bed was super comfortable. And the room rate made this the best deal for a hotel room south of I-10. In the Midwest we would call this a motel in days gone by. It is within a 5-minute walk to Waffle House, Cracker Barrel, McDonald’s, and Sonny’s BBQ. What’s not to like about that? It is about a 20-minute drive to the beach. And it is just a two-minute drive off the interstate. It’s a great place to stay if you need a rest after a long drive. It’s also a great place to make your base for touring Bradenton/Sarasota.

My family has stayed here...

Liked: My family has stayed here a few times and absolutely love it! The location and area is amazing. The kids always have fun at the pool. It's always clean and the staff is more than helpful. This last trip was very last minute to come see family for mothers birthday. In a rush I booked the WRONG WEEKEND! Stephanie at the front desk helped us move the date and was absolutely amazing and understanding about the accidental booking. Once we came in we got to meet this amazing employee who got us set up in a great room. She was wonderful and saved our vacation! This is the only time of year we get to see my husband's parents when they come up from Mississippi to see other family. You have a great employee and asset to this already amazing hotel! Thank you again to Stephanie and Dharmesh Patel for correcting my mistake andmaking my mothers birthday weekend great again. This will be the only place we stay when we come into town! If I could give 10 stars I would!

This place was seriously amazing....

Liked: This place was seriously amazing. The staff was extremely friendly the minute you get out of your car to the minute you get to your room. Grace at the bar down by the ocean was fabulous. Makes amazing drinks and super friendly. Th and wait staff was awesome. We went to the steak house and our waiter was amazing. Forget his name but he was tall and super funny. Loved this place!

Incredible stay! Truly luxury with...

Liked: Incredible stay! Truly 5-star luxury with gorgeous property, amenities, and service. The lagoon experience and giant tortoises put out stay over the top. Candace at the front desk, Matthew on the Butler team, Dylan with the Lagoon team, and Steven & Andrea at Riva were exceptional!

I would stay again if...

Liked: The staff at front desk were very nice and accommodating. We asked to see the room before we checking in and he was happy to assist us with that.
Disliked: The beds were only double beds but we had 2 bed so we made it work. Breakfast was minimal but for the price it was ok

Liked: For the amount of the room, there was nothing special about it.

Look else where if possible.

Liked: Breakfast was very poor. Location was good.
Disliked: Front door bolt lock didn’t work. I killed a bug on the floor, (might have been a cockroach). Ants in the bathroom window. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Shower water temperature kept changing cold to scalding hot. Ceiling tiles about falling out. Way over priced for what it was.
