Bed bugs ruined the rest/sleep...

Liked: Price charged was fair for type of facility.
Disliked: BED BUGS!!! I am like the dinner bell if someplace has bed bug issues. They ate me up -30ish bites in less than an hour. I flushed 5 or 6 bigger ones I caught, while the tiniest clear ones (because they haven't fed yet on human blood) proceeded to bite my elbows until I scratched myself raw. I squeezed 4 or 5 of them to death. Needless to say, I didn't get any sleep that night, took a shower early Saturday morning and went to office to speak with manager about reimbursing me the money for the reservation cuz I wasn't staying there another night. Then I had to find another hotel to go to for one night. Have spoken to rep for Booking. com also. They have 5 days to determine how much to refund me for the inconveniences I suffered. Manager lied to me and told me he'd reimburse me for my reservation, but haven't heard anything in 2+ months. DON'T STAY HERE!

Liked: Nothing it looked very ring down
Disliked: The appearance and the rooms they were just ran down dirty paint chipping off walls floors were dirty

Avoid

Liked: It was a bed
Disliked: Have what was advertised: No hair dryer in room as advertised. Continental breakfast was a joke. Little Debbie snack cakes and cereal with no milk available with no eating utensils does not look like breakfast. Sheets didn't fit the bed, kept having to fix them.

Pleasant

Liked: It was on main road.
Disliked: Nasty, bugs in between pillows, stained towels, no bed cover just two sheets, cobwebs in every corner top bottom and in tub, mold in coffee maker, ect…

Overpriced and kinda a hassle

Liked: Convenience
Disliked: It was very run down. It needs a lot of TLC and I was double charged for my room. I pre-paid thru booking.com but was charged in full again on site. Plus, they held another $100 deposit on my card.

Kind staff. Clean rooms, nice...

Liked: Nice little fridge and microwave and table in the room to sit and eat breakfast at.
Disliked: Breakfast consisted of toast and snack cakes and Tampico/barrel juices. Wish there would have been a little more options like bagels and fruit or something. :)

Never again I'll sleep in...

Liked: Didn't get to try the breakfast they wouldn't book us in
Disliked: The service. How to properly take care of clients and provide good service. They lacked how to properly reciprocate proper service

Meets expectations

Liked: Great place to stay if you're casino hopping across the border. The owner is a nice guy and his staff is awesome. I've stayed here probably a dozen times. It is much cheaper than the other options in the area and I've never had a serious problem with anything here.
Disliked: It is an older property but it is reasonably well maintained. If you are looking for nice and new, this probably isn't the place for you. If you are looking for a place to crash for the night, this place works great for that.
