Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The hot tub was broken. The pool was cold. My kids could only swim for 10 minutes before they were too cold to continue. A train is very close to the property and loud.

Wont stay here again

Liked: When we arrived to check in, it was FREEZING inside the building. The man behind the desk was even wearing a winter jacket and hat. He told us the pool and hot tub were not working (which was the main reason we picked this hotel). When we got into our room, on the surface it was clean, but there were cob webs in the ceiling corners, dust and debris build up along the floors and behind furniture. The beds are not comfortable. The next morning as we were leaving for my daughters volleyball tournament we stopped in the lobby for breakfast… when we told the man behind the desk that the milk had expired 4 days ago, he took the milk and never brought any more.

Very nice, comfortable stay.

Liked: Enjoyed the fresh waffles. Enjoyed the hottub. Festive decorations @ the lobby.
Disliked: Add scrambled eggs, sausage, & soft fruit to breakfast.

Dirty, Rude Staff and very...

Liked: Nothing at all. Read what we didn't like.
Disliked: The manager was very rude at the beginning and when we needed to make changes. The bed was so old that is was sunken in and the room was very dirty. We ended up leaving and didn't even stay. Asked for a refund, and the manager laughed and said "ya good luck with that" It was one of the worst places I've attempted to stay at. I would sleep in my car next time instead of trying to stay there again.
