Pleasant

Liked: Location was convenient. Carpark was massive. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Constant smell of smoke from smoking rooms downstairs. The late arrival check-in process was not very welcoming after a long day on the road. The room needed coffee cups, which I had to go get from the breakfast room. Hot water seemed to have run out by 10am. OK for one night passing through.

Disliked: The bed was extremely hard. Did not have any water pressure in the shower.

It was a bed and...

Liked: The people were kind and a little hard to understand and abrupt. The bed was rock hard and springs could be felt. Linens were clean but there was hair on the bathroom floor and you can see where it has not been cleaned in a while behind the toilet.
Disliked: The bed was the worst thing.

Manager is shady and rooms...

Liked: It was close to a restaurant we wanted to go to and the air-conditioning worked well. But that was all.
Disliked: Hotel manager would not accept my room prepayment via booking.com, he made me pay again at the desk. Seemed shady to me. Went to the room and the bed cover had burn marks on it. In a non smoking room no less. The floors looked dirty and the room smelled. I do not mind a dated room, but I do expect it clean. Do not stay here. The bed was not comfortable and we only got pillows with the queen bed. Also the toilet paper wasn't even in a holder, because the holder was GONE, they didn't have one on the wall or anything. The bathroom had clearly had water damage that was repaired poorly and smelled bad in the bathroom too. Then we only got 2 towels and a couple of small wash clothes. I do not understand why this hotel has "BEST" in the name because it is not.I will never go here again, stay at the hotels out by the highway, trust me.
