The overall appearance was tired. Staff reported recent upgrade but this was hard to see.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: When going down for breakfast nothing remained. Upon check-in was told breakfast was amazing.

I cannot recommend this hotel/dump...

Liked: The bathroom was very clean
Disliked: The room was dirty. The carpets were dirty. We killed cockroaches. The sheets had cigarette burns. There was trash between the night stand and bed. The curtains were hanging off the rods. The lobby smelled bad. We rented 3 rooms and all 3 were this bad

Liked: It was near where I needed to be.
Disliked: Only front door accessible, broken bathroom door, food on floor from previous people, no alarm clock, no blankets on bed. We came in late, so asked for a late check out and they charge by the hour! Refrigerator froze everything in the 7 hours we were there and microwave didn't work

absolutely nasty hotel, don't waste...

Liked: nothing. it's dirty nasty no maid service no amenities. didn't even have an ice bucket.
Disliked: they charged an additional 50$ deposit upon arrival for incidentals, there was transients everywhere. it smelled weird, the elevator has broken buttons, the carpet was filthy, noisy, no maid service whatsoever, you didn't even get an ice bucket. they said they didn't have them.

Liked: Quick, easy check in and check out.
Disliked: The room smelled like mildew had many stains and unsettling cracks or holes in walls, doors and floor. Left over food in the fridge and old moldy coffee filter in pot.

Liked: The location was excellent. The room itself was comfortable.
Disliked: Check in was difficult because I couldn't understand the staff very well and had to ask them to repeat themselves. The elevator had a broken up floor. The hallways were not very clean. The breakfast in the morning was not ready and we had to wait.
