Disliked: Breakfast was horrible, no one was ever hardly at the front desk, problems with cable TV, noisy and loud from other customers. Overall, I'll never stay at this place again.

Liked: NOTHING but the location!
Disliked: As soon as you walk in there is an unpleasant odor . The front desk lady said they didn’t have my reservation. Then there were random mattresses sitting in the hall way on the 2nd floor! Thennnnn there was a little dresser thing pushed up against an adjacent door in room. Not the front door but a 2nd door ! I never asked nor wanted a room like that . THEN . THE WORST OF THE WORST, FREAKING ROACHES!!!!!! When I say NEVER AGAIN! And definitely wasn’t going to eat any of that breakfast. There is no telling what is in the kitchen area! When I went to the front desk, no one was there for me to report this mess! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! It was not worth it!

Liked: I needed a place to stay near a hospital, mainly due to the weather, it was predicted to have several inches of ice and snow. It didn’t but I kept the room anyway .

Disappointed

Liked: Location was good. People were polite.
Disliked: Room was dirty in several areas. We could tell they didn't clean thoroughly. Air vents were grimy and there was dirt in the couch cushions. We saw they have a bit of a possible bug issue and there was mold in the bathroom and on the shower curtain.
