Liked: I needed a place to stay near a hospital, mainly due to the weather, it was predicted to have several inches of ice and snow. It didn’t but I kept the room anyway .

Disappointed

Liked: Location was good. People were polite.
Disliked: Room was dirty in several areas. We could tell they didn't clean thoroughly. Air vents were grimy and there was dirt in the couch cushions. We saw they have a bit of a possible bug issue and there was mold in the bathroom and on the shower curtain.

Liked: The location is in a perfect area near restaurants and stores.
Disliked: The back door of the hotel did not lock and the staff was not too friendly.

A+ stay

Liked: Friendly staff... Clean rooms and clean linen.... Very economical pricing for location.

Would not recommend

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The accommodation was definitely a very low standard. The facilities need to be updated. Felt like it was from the 1970's. No elevator for heavy bags. We booked in, but left after about an hour and booked other accomodation.
