Disliked: The cards malfunctioned often. The digital keys were also unreliable.

Liked: Rooms were clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable, communication was intense.
Disliked: Several notes: 1) charging a resort fee for a motel is ridiculous. I know they're trying to make it a little upscale, and weather was really bad when we were there, but it's a motel, not a resort. 2) Rooms are tiny (full bed, not even queen). 3) Coffee was not available until 8am at a place many people will be leaving *early*. 6am would be more appropriate. 4) Front desk doesn't open until 8am and there is no key drop box. Instead they send a text asking me you check out by text? I'm in the middle of something by then -- do I need to reply? That is a dumb system. If we can leave the keys in the room, say that, but don't request a text message when you get around to opening. 4) I must have received 20 text messages asking for pre-check-in, verification, check-out, .. .. .. It's too much.
