Liked: We always enjoy staying at the Americana. Staff has positive attitudes. It’s clean. Always a bit busy - which tells me others like it too!

Liked: I’m exceptionally pleased with the rooms for dog owners. I was traveling with my 2 dogs and my husband. The floors were polished concrete, perfect!!! I was not concerned with their nails scratching up carpet or linoleum floors. If the dog water spilled, it was easy to wipe up with the extra towels specifically designated for messes. It was very clean. The bed was more comfortable and stable then some Hilton’s I have visited.
Disliked: A grass area to potty the dogs.
