Essentials were okay but it’s...

Liked: Breakfast, location, hospitality
Disliked: The bedsheets hadn’t been changed properly. The room was too small, especially the bathroom. The latter wasn’t very clean either.

Good value for a London...

Liked: Reasonable breakfast. Excellent price for London.
Disliked: I would have preferred that there was a separate source of boiled water than the coffee machine. The water tasted of coffee and meant I couldn't have a drink of tea.

Excellent

Liked: The staff very really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to my friends.
Disliked: The noise outside the hotel but not too annoying.

Liked: Service was fine and the room was OK for what it was
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing - no cooked fare at all which many similarly priced hotel s manage to provide. Bedside light bulb was missing.
