Great for short term stay

Liked: The room, while basic, was clean
Disliked: The room was so small that we had no room to open our suitcases to access anything we might need

Liked: We were evacuated from Tampa and were very pleased that you excepted pets
Disliked: No Wi-Fi, tv did not work, floor was really dirty, and the toilet paper holder is positioned on the wall so that you literally have to turn sideways on the toilet to even use it.

Overall, it's a comfortable stay.

Liked: I appreciate the clean sheets and towels. I was comfortable due to these things. None of our items were tampered with. Working Appliances. Had a smart TV.
Disliked: I didn't like the area so much, but we were safe. The bathrooms need a little renovation. The shower head is pretty low on the wall. I was taller and I'm 5'6. Looks a little outdated. But overall, it's a comfortable stay if you can look past these things.

Happy. Surprise

Liked: I accidentally booked this location thinking it was the hotel we stayed at last year. I was surprised. But it turned out okay. It was clean and comfortable. No one bothered us. The man who checked us in was nice. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. It turned out to be a happy surprise.
Disliked: The toilet was a little wobbly but worked just fine. There was little water pressure in the shower but the temperature of the water was nice. I wish I would have had a broom to sweep with. The floor got dirty with sand and other stuff and would have liked cleaning up before we left. I felt guilty leaving it that way. Do not get anything from the snack machine.

Great Hospitality. Easy to get...

Liked: Very friendly great customer service. Great hospitality. Easy to get to the beach. Only a 20 minute drive to museums and the Farmers Market and restaurants.

Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfy, the mobile table helped with a space for my laptop
Disliked: The wifi never worked. I even tried working on it for the property manager, but i ended up having to use my personal hotspot to get access to internet.

Disliked: Very clean and loved that I can park right in front of our room.
