The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Quick and easy check in.

Liked: Very helpful staff
Disliked: Cost of early check in. Never had to pay for an early check in before.

Terrible customer service

Disliked: I booked this hotel because it was advertised there was a pool. I got there and the pool was closed. They told me to contact booking for a refund . I did then it had to go back American inn that denied giving my money back. . Their own website advertises a pool.
