Liked: Staff was awesome and helpful! This is a basic airport hotel, but everything was clean, everything worked, and folks were helpful. This was a good choice for a last-minute layover: good value, had a nice night's sleep, a hot shower, and then a shuttle to the airport in the morning.
Disliked: It would have been nice if the vending machines for water or basic snacks had been working. That being said, you can take a quick walk to the stores on either side and get a snack.

Liked: The location, quietness and the closeness to the room from the parking lit
Disliked: Blonde hair heavy set woman with glasses needs needs to learn manners and not be so snappy with the customers. I asked for extra towels and washclothes and snapped at me asking why and how many people in m5 room. There was just me but my brother and my nephew was with out power came to shower. And leave. Did t know it was going to be a problem when I rented the room for 3 days. There also was nothing to eat in the breakfast area the coffee was cold.The older heavy set wo.an was rude at checkout also.
