Pleasant

Liked: Amazing breakfasts, lots of donuts, fruits, cereals with milk or yogurt, toasts with peanut butter and of course tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
Disliked: Very uncomfortable bed and pretty small room.

For basic, yet functional, accommodations...

Liked: Clean and exactly as advertised. For the accommodations and location, it’s great. Staff was friendly and helpful and made extending my stay a breeze. It’s super convenient to many transit routes and the surrounding neighborhood (Gramercy/Kips Bay) is safe to walk around.
Disliked: Slightly more comfy beds would be preferred, or just the addition of a mattress topper would be a help.

Liked: Overall the location is perfect and the place is very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice too

Liked: Generally clean, cared for, nice people, games and nice kitchen, good location, decent price for NYC
Disliked: I know this is not unusual for NYC rooms, but it would have been nice to have some kind of view and some daylight... :-(
