Liked: I strongly recommend this hotel. Very clean and pleasant place. I would like to say thank you to Nina, receptionist, she is fantastic girl, very helpful and polite.

Liked: Good location, good coffee in the room. Clean and comfy bathroom. The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: It's hard to find with car, the navigation doesn't show the right way. The room was tiny, not what I saw on the picture. When I told at the reception that it was not the room I booked she was arrogant. I would not recomend this hotel.

Liked: The location was great, easily within walking distance to anything I needed. My original room had everything I needed. The breakfast and hotel restaurant was good.
Disliked: Watch out for the City Tax. I was not made aware of this until after I had returned home and they were chasing me for it. Happy to pay, just a huge inconvenience rather than telling me and paying during check in or out. As a tall person, I wasn't a big fan of the style of shower. The male staff dismissed my broken toilet. I eventually received a free upgrade and change of room. However, I contracted conjunctivitis in the new room, I assume either from the pillow or towel. The new room also had an air-conditioning unit that made a loud noise every so often. My card stopped working at one point. This was a work trip paid for by work, but I'd never spend my own money here again.
