Nice and quiet stay in...

Liked: Nice and quiet neighborhood. Clean and cozy rooms. Not our first stay, recommend.Important- you have to register online before stay to get access codes!!!!

Good value for money, unclear...

Liked: This accommodation offers a good value for money. The room was spacious, modern in old beautiful building and bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are new. Even had a nice balcony. Very silent road so no noise in rooms.
Disliked: I think the accommodation could consider some expectation management and improve communications with people who have booked accommodation. This is not really a hotel as there is no services typical for hotel: front reception, breakfast, laundry service, free internet etc. The accommodation sends automatic information email for guests after they have done check in. In the message, it says that you should inform the hotel your breakfast preference by certain hour. The trick is that the hotel does not serve breakfast. So some hiccups here and there. If this was called "self-check in motel etc", expectations of guest would be managed and they would be positively surprised.

Liked: That everything is automatized and I didn’t have to communicate with employees ,self check in definitely their good side
Disliked: It was cold during the nights ,batteries were also cold so I had to sleep in clothes

Very good

Liked: It's a very big room for a very good price. I understand Germans use two different sheets for a king sized bed but that's something uncomfortable for foreigners. Pillows might have been better. Overall a good option
