Disliked: The house is very old, the floor creaks, it smells old. The breakfast is very poor and first come first served. The only plus is the warm water in the pool.

Quiet and quaint in a...

Liked: We stayed here last-minute, due to our flight getting cancelled. This is an amazing deal, especially for the location! The place is very quiet, has a heated pool, and includes free breakfast. Bikes are available for rent and they let us hang out in the pool area while we waited for our flight later that day. Staff is incredibly nice and they gave us a Xmas ornament upon check-in.
Disliked: Bathrooms could use some upgrades. Our bathroom door didn't close/open without significant force. Hot water was plentiful, as was the pressure. Updating the bathrooms to be a bit more modern would make this the perfect stay. Also, a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave would be nice for those who want to stay for a week.

Liked: The location was the best part. It was about a 10-minute walk from the bars on Duval St and about 18 minutes from the southernmost point. Close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet quiet at night.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything about it was great!
