Great location and value

Liked: The location and the place overall are great! the staff are very nice too. You also have a coffee shop downstairs! I would go back as it is a great value for the price.
Disliked: there was some small details, maybe the framework of the bed was noisy and the hair dryer wasn't a little damaged. However, nothing too bad.

It is very clean but...

Liked: I didn't love anything but nothing I disliked in particular
Disliked: We had the breakfast in the hotel the first day. The bar girl was so slow, she took 30 min to prepare 2 cappuccino and warm up 2 brioches.

Liked: 1- A safe, clean, and quiet atmosphere2- High speed Internet3- All the facilities were functional flawlessly
Disliked: 1- Lack of a small fridge, a microfare, and an iron2- There was no response from the concierge3- An extra level of flexibility of the matres caused us backache

We had a lovely time...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and was walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the stadium.
Disliked: The queen bed was a little soft. A mini fridge would have been nice to have.

Disliked: Our room (No. 123) was cramped, had a stale smell, the pillows were lumpy, there was no shampoo, the shower and sink were awkward to use.

Disliked: Nothing fancy. It has been better if the room had a mini fridge. Nice historical building but the interior design is poor, it would be a great place if they worked on it.
