We booked two of the...

Liked: The property was very clean with a comfortable large bed. The owners had thought of absolutely everything. The place was walking distance into the Main Street but away from the business of Hahndorf.

Home away from home walking...

Liked: Very homely and cosy presentation, little extras like teas, milk, makeup removal products made it feel welcoming.
Disliked: Bed was quite hard and pillow choice was either too high to sleep on or very flat and lumpy.

We had a lovely stay...

Liked: It was in a lovely location. Close to town but far enough away to be peaceful. Friendly and very helpful staff. Lovely with all the birds singing. Everything provided that we could need. Lovely veranda to sit out on.
Disliked: Was a little disappointed by the size of the cottage in comparison to what else was on offer there. It was a little bit dated and tired inside compared to the larger apartment there which if I’d known was available I would have selected instead just for the size and modernization.
