Great location to get away...

Liked: The castle and its location are absolutely wonderful.
Disliked: Not much, food and drinks perhaps a little expensive.

Great hotel, staff and food,...

Liked: The food and service and hotel were all excellent.
Disliked: The room when I booked had wood panelling, a door poster bed and fireplace. The room I got had none of these. The bookshelves were half empty making the room feel unfinished. I could not get WiFi. It’s not the room I felt led to expect. For the money, I would have expected a better room.

Disliked: Bathroom shower needs redoing. Shower door needs replacing as bottom looks dirty. Some furniture in bedroom could be replaced with better furniture. No hand soap by sink. Stair carpet to bedroom needed sweeping
