The best hotel in Ireland...

Liked: The staff for one were exceptional . Every staff member we met were very attentive and acknowledging of the kids especially the guy who showed us to breakfast each morning and the guy who worked in the cinema There is an endless amount of activities you wouldn’t even have to leave the hotel And the food for breakfast and dinner was gorgeous

Liked: Its brilliant for kids. So much for them to do.
Disliked: A couple of small, easily fixed type of things. Pillows were awful.. very hard... impossible to get comfortable. No toiletries in the room which I just think is a nice touch in every hotel. The food was absolutely beautiful but the deserts were served in a small glass tumbler. I think it just made it seem really cheap looking... In the room I was in, when having a shower, the water wasn't draining out of the bath properly so I was standing with the water above my ankles. And the only other thing was the gaming room isn't open midweek which I think is bad because your paying almost as much for a midweek stay as you are a weekend. I just think all the facilities should be operational.Other than those things it was fantastic and we will definitely visit the hotel again.
