Disliked: The food in restaurant was awful, over priced, menu was very poor and the food we had was terrible, 46 quid wasted!

Liked: Great hotel. Has everything needed for a short stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet, despite busy location. Would stay again and would recommend.

Liked: Friendly welcome. Pleasant bar area. Comfortable bed. .Room was well equipped e.g. iron, coffee maker, toiletries etc. Room seemed freshly decorated. Bar prices. Location.
Disliked: The single room was possibly the smallest room I've ever seen. Room met my needs for 1 night, It wouldn't have been suitable for a long stay. £50 deposit on check in, which I was told might take 5-8 days to return.

Disliked: They asked for a £50 deposit that we were not aware of, we gave them it through our dent card, they said would be back in out account after we checked out. This was Saturday the 1st and it's the 6th today. This is alot of money to us and should been taken if we got room service etc, or just hold the payment not take it. Phoned the hotel up and they said it can take up to 3 to 8 days to refund. This isn't fair as wasn't told, took them 2 seconds to take from our account but we have to wait up to 8 days. Its unexceptable.

Liked: 5 min walk from Euston station, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room, super comfy bed. Great breakfast and able to leave our bag after check out while spent the day site seeing.
