Liked: Staff very helpful
Disliked: Couldn't plug kettle in had to put it near the bed not enough space to put toiletries ect mirrors too close as 2 ladys trying to get ready nit good enough

Had a great stay at...

Liked: Had a great stay at Ambassadors Bloomsbury, the staff was very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The hotel is very close to Euston/King’s Cross, making it super easy to access and get about your day in London. The room was comfortable and clean, I’d recommend it.
Disliked: Scaffolding in the façade, but that didn’t really bother us.

Bar a great location way...

Liked: Location fantastic
Disliked: Room was like a shoe box 2 dwarfs would have struggled with the size of the bed let alone 2 adults. Standard of spoken English language at the bar trying to order drink very poor

OK, but spoilt by the...

Liked: The hotel is near key stations (close to Euston and St Pancras) and the staff are pleasant, we ate in the restaurant and the 2 waiters were fantastic.When we asked for additional items, it was no issues.
Disliked: The hotel is in the middle of a major refurbishment which made enjoying the stay difficult, the restaurant is temporarily in the basement and felt dark with all the atmosphere gone from the old restaurant.The new refurbed rooms are OK but have little room for basic things like making a cup of tea,.
