Disliked: Breakfast. There are only cold snacks, no hot food.

Liked: Easy to check in and is around 1 km from the station. They provide pass to travel in the city using any of the transport.
Disliked: They didn't provide basic amenities like kettle.

Heart of Luzern warm and...

Liked: The location is very good. You’re close to the shopping center to the river so everywhere can walk all the restaurants are close to the hotel hotel room was very clean and it was warm and it was also quiet
Disliked: The rooms are a bit small, but it’s acceptable. The only I don’t like it. We didn’t have any cattle to make hot water or something that could be very helpful if we had.
