Don’t come here. It’s a...

Liked: Nothing. I liked nothing. The man at reception (if you can call it that) was welcoming but nothing else.
Disliked: The bathroom door wasn’t even attached properly. No lock. No proper close to it. It slides open and then is able to pull outward from the bottom?? What on earth? Like opening a trap door. The shower came out in waves and I couldn’t angle it into the centre of the cubicle, so I had to shower against the wall. There was nowhere to put my toiletries. The bathroom light didn’t work. There wasn’t a hand towel and the bath towel was too small to use. No hairdryer which is just standard for hotels - especially when you pay close to £90. The windows were mouldy and dirty. The curtains were disgusting and didn’t even close. The stool to sit on was broken so the top came off when you sat on it. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom - only the wardrobe to hang things in. The floor in the room was filthy. Utterly filthy. I ran a tissue across it and it was black. The noise from the extractor fan was so loud. The beds were that uncomfortable I didn’t sleep at all. The bed head was the same colour of brown as dog poo. All of the tables were stained as was the stool. Everything. Was. Bad. Nothing like the photos. Such a waste of money.

Truth about the ambassorder Brighton...

Liked: It was actually not very good here. The staff are not authentic. They attempted to over charge me. My stay was canceled unnecessarily. The shower doors were broken. The door lock was awkward and did not open door easily. I was not allowed a guest. Or visits from guests during day time. No cooking facilities available to short term stay. Also found the room to be very unclean.
Disliked: Random staff accusing Ur guests of being banned and kickking out my visitors . I see this guy now I lost all respect for him. This is not 3.5 star hotel. It's not nice how he canceled my stay. For nothing. I had paid him and he kept my money and partially refunded me. Not happy about that. Very unfair in these times when so many people are struggling with housing.

Ok for the price it...

Liked: Great location close to beach and pier shops restaurants in walking distance, staff was very friendly and welcoming on arrival and helped with parking, only stayed for one night, the bed was very uncomfortable and woke up with a sore back, all I could here was people in the room above walking about, it was ok for one night, wouldn’t stay again
Disliked: Didn’t like the bed, very very uncomfortable 🥴
