Wonderful stay in perfect location...

Liked: Perfect location to walk to INTRUST and surrounding restaurants. The hotel restaurant was delicious! Nice big room with beautiful bathroom. Free shuttle to and from airport.
Disliked: The king size bed was very sloped on one side making it feel as if falling out of bed so had to sleep in the middle. It was also visibly noticeable to be lopsided. For the price of the room, they should replace the mattress. Also the price was very very high probably because of the event being held in the city (US Figure Skating Championships) but seemed a bit excessive and honestly a bit unfair. But really enjoyed the stay and the skating.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. I rated the lighting as OK because there were a few times where we felt like there was not enough light. My husband and I are older and could have used more light when we were unpacking and packing. I really liked the quickness of the temperature controls. The food in restaurant was really good. The staff was amazing. The free shuttle to the arena was a life-saver. The drivers were all super accommodating.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a small coffee shop or snack shop or kiosk available with a variety of snacks, yogurt, fruit and coffee or tea. I can't say that there was anything I truly did not like. I would have asked for a few more "typical" menu items in the restaurant. I didn't know what some of the ingredients were, but I was accommodated on all the customizations I asked for.

Liked: The staff was amazing
Disliked: The security of the property and the ability to provide a safe working environment for staff and travelers is horrendous. My lunch was interrupted by a man that verbally and physically assaulted our server. This should have never happened. I will not stay at a hotel that does not take care of its employees and their welfare.
