Very poor

Liked: The staff was amazing
Disliked: The security of the property and the ability to provide a safe working environment for staff and travelers is horrendous. My lunch was interrupted by a man that verbally and physically assaulted our server. This should have never happened. I will not stay at a hotel that does not take care of its employees and their welfare.

We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Treven (front desk) and Charles (valet) were awesome!
Disliked: We could have used information listing where the ice machine was located and what amenities you offer or things to do nearby. The little refrigerator wasn’t cold. Your phones were screwy, it wouldn’t hang up. An additional light near the sofa would help. Service was exceptional (see comment above).

Liked: Beautiful , spacious and well appointed room. Spotlessly clean . Very friendly, welcoming and helpful front desk staff .The bar and staff are great and the food there and at Siena of the highest quality.I felt very comfortable in the hotel.Great location for seeing what Wichita has to offer
