Hotel was awesome. Very clean. Shuttle service was great and easy to use and on time. Would highly recommend and will be staying again.

Liked: Very clean and good staff. Shuttle was very easy and safe to use.
Disliked: Everything was great.

I arrived after midnight; they gave me two sets of keys that didn't work - then they discovered the room they had given me was already occupied by another guest. They moved me to a different room, which also had a problem with keys. After 3 sets of key they had to get the hotel engineer to fix the lock. Most personnel in the hotel had an indifferent attitude.

Liked: Food in restaurant; shuttle service.
Disliked: Checking in process.

Great hotel, right across from concert venue (The Rave / Eagles Club). Excellent, friendly service. We'll be back.

Had a great time. Definitely would stay again, for fun or just to get away for the night!

Liked: Very nice man greeted us right when we walked in. Very cool elevator. Incredible beds. Couldn't believe how nice the hotel was for the inexpensive cost.
Disliked: Not sure how to operate the heat in the room and we needed toilet paper on the day we were checking out but didn't want to be a hassle.

Great little hotel - clean and I loved that you could actually open the window and get some fresh air. I thought the hotel was somewhat overpriced.

Liked: Wonderful bed.
Disliked: Bathroom very small.
