Liked: For the most part, this hotel is great. The rooms are nice, the size is nice, and the hotel overall feels upscale. I do think you overpay for what you actually get, though. The room service was nice, but make sure to ask for ketchup for potatoes, salt, and pepper...
Disliked: Parking is NOT free. Not only that, but they tried to say that we couldn't self park and had to use vallet. Then the vallet asked if we were going to self park.... it's the same price. $38.The staff wasn't very friendly when we checked in. The TV doesn't let you change the input, and the front desk was zero help.The fridge in the room is tiny and has overpriced items in it, taking up most of the space. The room service doesn't come with basics like salt and pepper.
