I was very impressed with the experience at Public Hotel. The staff greeted us at the door and were very polite. The rooms were clean and large in size. I would definitely recommend it to friends and it was a great experience.

A charming old hotel!

Liked: I am exploring hotel options close to Milkenium train station and CAA was perfect!
Disliked: Because reservation was thru third party (booking.com) the default phone number assigned to my room was not my own. I therefore did not get any of the communications with concierge after i checked in.

Liked: Mid20th Century elegance. Friendliness of staff. The room is so comfortable; modern places cut back on storage..

Liked: Clean, elegant, spacious room. Comfortable bed. It is in a quiet, pretty neighborhood near downtown. Classic decor and vibe of the hotel.
Disliked: The coffee area next to the lobby has limited hours and is too dark.

Liked: Friendly, professional staff from front desk to house cleaning to valet/doormen
Disliked: The room is a little bare bones. Could use pictures on wall, coffee machine, slippers, wine glasses. Need to boutique it up if you want to be boutique hotel.
