I was very impressed with the experience at Public Hotel. The staff greeted us at the door and were very polite. The rooms were clean and large in size. I would definitely recommend it to friends and it was a great experience.

Poor value for money

When I checked out, I...

Liked: The location is perfect. It is quiet but closes to the Loop. The room was large and spacious and very clean. An iron and ironing board were available. The desk officer when I was checking in was welcoming and professional.
Disliked: However, the mattress was too soft for me and probably near the end of its useful life.
