Good stay for a weekend

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: Rumors you could hear from other rooms and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

The staff service was excellent...

Disliked: The bed were not so comfortable. There were many pillows but all top soft.

Liked: Excellent staff - really very good. Location superb.
Disliked: Probably a consequence of the historic nature of the original houses; but our rooms were single-glazed and very cold. Early November. Also our room (95) was barely wide enough for twin beds.

The Ambassade took our Amsterdam...

Liked: We loved everything- it was exceptional . We have never experienced service that accommodating and professional. The restaurant was excellent and the Library Bar served fantastic cocktails. The room had a beautiful view of the canal. It was the perfect way to end our trip.
Disliked: No complaints.

Wonderful time in Amsterdam

Liked: The hotel was in a perfect position for wandering around Amsterdam. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and made our stay very welcoming. Our room was gorgeous and the view of the canals made it very special. Everything was clean and well maintained. Loved this hotel

Liked: Lovely boutique hotel in beautiful canal-side location. The staff was responsive and accommodating, the included breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the room was very comfortable.
