Disappointing 3 nights in Prague

Liked: Stayed here a few years ago but this experience not as good. Problem with booking and room cleaners, breakfast poor

Liked: Wonderful stay at Amarilis for 3 nights. Comfortable and spacious room. Wellness spa was lovely and great value for money. The location is perfect

I can stay again

Liked: The room and bathroom are big enough. Beds are confortable. The hotel location is great, it is within walking distance to both old and new cities. We were satisfied with breakfast. Everywhere is clean at the hotel. We can stay this hotel again.The places of the electric socket in the room are not good and the quantity is not enough. There are 1 on the wall and 2 on the work table, not near the nightstands.I requested receptionist for check out at 12:00, but he didn't let us late check out for even 1 hour.

Liked: Good location close to Wenceslas square. Great view from the terrace on the roof. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The Chinese across the street is banging.

Liked: All staff were incredibly friendly and helped point us in right directions to check out local attractions.Staff also remembered it was my birthday and gave me a bottle of bubbly with continental breakfast which was greatly appreciated!Hotel is located in a great place, very close to main town and few good bars on the same road as hotel.Also has a balcony on 7th floor for any guest to use, with nice sights across town into the hills.
Disliked: Bed may be a little firm for some peoples liking, I didn't mind it though.

Liked: The location, the hotel staff were all friendly. The rooms were clean and made up every day. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from.
