Liked: It was calmness and the location was good.The behavior of the staffs were very good.
Disliked: We reserved the room with a queen bed but there was two single beds.The AC was not working. The quality of the shampoo and body wash was low and didn't smell good. The room had low lights.There was not sandals inside the bathroom.

Liked: Location for our work meeting purposes was perfect. Also near the train station for travel from airport. Stayed there second time, will return for next meeting.
Disliked: lights in the room/bathroom - not the best set up

Would recommend this hotel to...

Liked: Property was well located next to train station and just up the street for the east side gallery. Just a 2 minute train ride to the tv tower and center. Room was clean and had daily room service.

The hotel is good but...

Liked: The hotel is pleasant, comfortable, well located, the breakfast is tasty.
Disliked: But and this is a big but. Unfortunately, I have to deplore the poor housekeeping. Not that it was dirty, but the day I arrived I found some broken glass on the floor in the bathroom in front of the shower. So I can tell that I cut my foot getting out of the shower. It was a minor cut, but still I was bleeding. When I went to report it to reception, I was simply told: thank you for letting us know, I'll tell the cleaning staff. No apology, no commercial gesture, even if it's not a discount, something... or at least an apology! I can understand that everything can't be perfect all the time and maybe the cleaning staff didn't see it, but the answer isn't really acceptable.
