Terrible, just terrible, avoid all...

Liked: My departure from the hotel was by far the most pleasant moment of my stay.The room was cheap, so maybe I can not complain, but it was just terrible.
Disliked: I was booked at a different hotel within same group, but this was not available "due to maintenance work". This was advised AFTER my reservation, directly to my phone, WITHOUT INVOLVING OR ADVISING BOOKING.COM. But I agreed. I was supposed to get an upgrade, but the upgrade was just to the top floor, where at 6 am a lot of machinery noisily started to work. The room and bathroom were without any comfort. The wall decorations in the room were THREE !!! coat racks. Even after I already checked out, the hotel group kept on sending emails "welcoming" me. THE WORST OF THE WORST.

Disliked: Dirt. Dirty linen - somebody’s hair on the pillows… Everything is old and worn. Helpless service.

Liked: The best thing about this stay was waking up in the early morning to the tantalising aroma of fresh bread! The breakfast was generous, varied and delicious. The staff were extremely capable, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There were a couple of minor maintenance issues in my room. But the fantastic attitude of the front desk staff quickly turned this into a positive experience too!
