Liked: Good value for two night break. Clean rooms.
Disliked: About 25 min walk from station with last 100m through tunnel. Could be off putting at night. Only one pillow provided.

Liked: The room needed to be updated. The hallway lights did not come on when we came in at night, causing a concern for our safety. And, the staff leaves after the last guest checks in, leaving a gap of service overnight.
Disliked: Service was chaotic at check in, no one knew where to send us. Also, there wasn't any guest services at night.

Disliked: we were charged E$19 per night for parking inside hotel. It was described on booking website that parking is free of charge. May I get the refund of E$40 for parking?

Easy access to this hotel...

Liked: Room was clean, adequate size. Bathroom arrangement was a little odd with a toilet and sink in their own room and a shower and sink in another room. Hotel location was excellent in terms of getting to it easily and without much traffic. Location is only about 2-3 km from the Altstadt. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the elevator for the Monchsberg overlook which gives you amazing views of the city. There are about 6-8 parking spaces or so at the hotel, otherwise you will need to park in the city underground parking directly across the street, with relatively easy access. Hotel offers reduced rate for the city parking, pay at desk. If you park in the hotel spaces, they charge the same as the city parking, reduced rate.
Disliked: When we arrived around 3:00, noted check in time, the desk personnel and several others were out front smoking, apparently on break. We waited 15-20 minutes until they returned to desk to take care of their customers. Huge disappointment in customer service. Breakfast was not included in our reservation thru Booking.com, the only hotel in our 10 day tour, different hotel every night, that did not include breakfast. The cost of breakfast, had we purchased it, was 19 Euro per person. There are no other restaurants in the immediate vicinity of this hotel (within just block or two).
