Very good

Liked: Only stayed for one night, but impressed by the room especially the beds which had very comfortable memory foam mattresses and pillows.The quality of food in the restaurant was excellent.
Disliked: The bar needed more staff as large ques developed whilst we were there.

Pleasant

Liked: Good location, all the facilities you would expect.
Disliked: Reception was short staffed at times.Unusual to be asked to pay extra to use the room safe.

sooo dissapointing

Liked: it was sooooo poor, not what a 4 star hotel should be
Disliked: everything, from the staff that is in europe and can't speak english. I couldn't even order a suny side up egg in what they call a restaurant. Nobody understood a word english. The Restaurant was more a crowded cantina, with old people screamming, in a cheap production company. All in all, it was a sad experience.

Old people and not 4...

Liked: There was not really anything we liked. There is NO way, this hotel should have 4 stars. We left to go for another hotel (which reserves there stars that they have.
Disliked: I don't know where to start. The Room was not what a 4 star hotel should be. We had broken tiles on the flloor. Electric plugs which didn't work. Making it to few to charge normal mobiles etc. The Restaurant, was NOT a restaurant that a 4 star hotel would have. This was a cantina for old people and since they all couldn't hear good, they where speaking loud. So this was so loud you couldn't hear your baby crying right next to you (small bonus in this nightmare)Have never given such a low rating, but this hotel reserves it. DON'T go there, it is not worth the money or the trouble.
