Liked: Beautiful boutique apartment hotel in the heart of Salzburg. Large comfortable rooms with great facilities. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Sofa in lunge was not very comfortable. Everything else great.

Liked: The location was very convenient - a short walk or uber from the train station and a couple of minute walk to the main square. The hotel has a lot of character and the rooms are very spacious. The staff were very helpful, even letting us use their printer and gave us a parting gift. We would stay here again.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: The hotel was perfect for us. Our room was tidy and the staff was lovely. Have dinner in the restaurant. It was excellent. We can't wait to return!!

Small, traditional hotel

Liked: Excellent location on a quaint shopping street, not far from the river, old town or station. The receptionists that we met were both helpful and welcoming. I liked hearing the church bells in the morning.
Disliked: Getting large luggage in and out of the hotel up the various small flights of stairs, the long waits for the (single) lift, the small room and the overall poor value for money with the Christmas mark-up.
