Liked: Room size was generous and the location was great, right in the heart of the old town.
Disliked: The room was not at all sound insulated and it was very noisy when guests and the cleaning staff were going through the main stair well, opening and shutting doors, talking, etc. And this started at 7am. It felt like the doors to our room, and there was two of them, a second one in the bedroom, were basically open! No sound proofing what so ever.

Easy going, centrally located hotel.

Liked: Location was central. Staff were most helpful with minor issues that arose.
Disliked: No major issues.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - TERRIBLY...

Liked: Location kept us close to the train station, fodue restaurants, and other city attractions
Disliked: Another BS experience where you had to check in at another property- this is not made known to you UNTIL AFTER BOOKING. While Hotel Krone is not far, if you have luggage you have to roll your bags around the square including two flights of steep stairs. The front desk completely apathetic to the fact I had mobility issues and two large bags of luggage. No I am sorry or offer to assist. Also, when you arrive to the Magic hotel there is an elevator but then stairs between your room and where the elevator stops - again - this is NOT shared prior to booking, a sheer display of false advertising for someone who needs mobility accommodations. When I kindly expressed these concerns to the front desk, the concierge did literally nothing but hand me a key. I felt unheard, unseen and all these people wanted was my money. Very unhappy and would not recommend visitors book, and if I were booking.com I would remove as the false advertising is completely unacceptable on so many levels.

Disliked: very noisy bed didn't even have proper mattress on a foam one I would expect way more., unless I was staying at a backpackers. horrible room too tight I bashed my head on the ceiling just getting out of the bed disappointing.we paid a lot for this location

Pleasant stay in central location....

Liked: Great location only minutes from the river and the Chapel Bridge. Good size room and bathroom. Beautifully hot shower!Easy check from the Krone Hotel around the corner.
Disliked: These didn’t really affect us but others could find annoying.The TV although large doesn’t have an areal not sure what’s its use is?The pillows are very soft and not fussed on the 2 separate single quilts.
