Great location

Liked: Individual decor of rooms which were large.Comfortable, clean, great location.Check in via the other hotel was simple.
Disliked: Booked the Swiss Cottage and Alladin room but instead of Alladin were given King Suite.Weren't told this at check in which I would expect as the different rooms are a key selling point. Not a big problem to us but may have been for someone else.

Liked: Location of hotel, only stayed one night so didn't get a good feel for the hotel. Efficient booking in process with the "sister" hotel. Did not get to see the view as advertised
Disliked: No check in desk at hotel, not much information about the hotel/facilities in the room. No info about Lucern, grabbed a map from the other hotel
