Superb

Liked: I like my room it was clean & had a nice view & not to far from central. Security was really good felt safe. I definitely book again my sister already got the details to book for January.
Disliked: The bed side was to chap I got a cut on the side of my legs. Bathroom was blocked but got sorted.

Bad

Liked: Location was FANTASTIC Very near a bus station, a metro and such nice boullangerie and bouillon. Few staff members very helpful and polite. My favourite SACRE COURE is right there. I loved the location.
Disliked: I booked a double room. They gave me a double room with 3 separate beds.My 4th time in Paris but a sad one. I literally had no room to move leave alone set my bags. I was travelling with my 11 year old daughter else I would have not managed AT ALL. I requested staff in 3 occasions but I think there is a bias against few people like me. I was DISSAPOINTED and SAD.

Liked: The location, close to Gare du Nord
Disliked: Small rooms, very dusty. Carpet isn't cleaned very well.
