Very good

Liked: Like the location near to the centre of Alton and free car parking was very handy. Room was good with decent facilities and nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was fine but was a little overcooked; it seemed like ingredients had been cooked then kept warm for a period of time which meant they had become slightly tough and overcooked.

Very good

Liked: Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room (triple room) was great with very comfortable beds. Great location with quiet room and close to places to eat as the hotel restaurant was closed on the day we stayed.
Disliked: The breakfast felt a little dated with tinned fruit and boxed cereals, but perhaps that's just typical of hotels in the area. No biggie.

Very relaxing atmosphere, comfortable room....

Liked: Comfy room, nice decor, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.
Disliked: Sometimes it's the little details that get remembered. Better quality loo paper always helps.
