Very good

Liked: The location was good, staff friendly and approachable.
Disliked: Didn't like how we couldn't get a taxi and no one mentioned potentially pre booking taxi the day before. The bed was a bit too soft and the lighting was quite dim

It was Okay for one...

Liked: The check in is 24 hours which was great for us as we were coming from a wedding that ended at midnight. W,e liked that there was parking so we could park our car. They responded to any queries very quickly. It was good for a quick shirt one night stay.
Disliked: There were stains on the white bedding. There was mould in the bathroom. The toilet roll dispenser was rusty. & just didn't look right. The breakfast was decent and although we didn't spend time there the area downstairs looked nice.

We came in town for...

Liked: Everyone was very friendly and helped with any questions we had and accommodated us to make our stay comfortable
Disliked: No A/c
