Good location- Terrible F&B Experience...

Liked: Good location in the city.
Disliked: Ceiling in lounge room had two pieces of a4 paper stuck to it which one was half hanging off. Looks like they tried to cover up a leak. The door to the room did not close automatically and you needed to really push it shut.Breakfast was a joke. No continental breakfast, I had the eggs benedict that was meant to come with bacon, It came with a raw sausage. There were four of us for breakfast we all ordered off the menu provided and it took 35 mins for the first meal to come out and they were all staggered.

Overall very good 4.5/5.

Liked: Good location, clean, tidy, well maintained rooms, polite & professional staff.
Disliked: Minor issues with food with sausage being slightly under cooked on breakfast of second morning.

Liked: The location is great and it is pretty quiet even on the weekend. The size of the room was bigger than I thought (I had booked a small double room).
Disliked: It isn’t really a 4 star hotel but in need of a good deep clean and refresh of furniture, blinds, bathroom fittings.
