Liked: Great location to Marvel, Shops, Food and Transport. Room was so quiet with double glazing and a very comfy bed!

Liked: Fantastic location. Walking distance to Marvel stadium and a great old pub over the road for real food.
Disliked: Not huge rooms but perfect for our purpose.

Liked: No breakfast available due to “renovations”, however staff were seen eating in the dining room.
Disliked: Staff service, restocking of rooms, and indifference to everything.

Liked: Location! At the Southern Cross end of Bourke St, so very convenient for getting around Melbourne, and access to public transport. And so quiet despite being in the centre of town and so close to the railway station. Room was a great size, and the bed was extremely comfortable. And the shower had just the right amount of pressure!
Disliked: The bathroom needed a more careful clean/check - other people's hair on the tiles in the cubicle, and the body and hand soap container in the shower was empty.

Liked: Location is very handy to Southern Cross station.Room was well laid out for a small room so it didn't feel so small. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Water pressure in bathroom was lousy. Hot water took forever to arrive, like they'd sent it via Sydney.That was just the sink. Couldn't face trying the shower.They asked for $100 deposit on arrival. Had already paid for my stay, and there'd been no mention of further deposit required at the time I booked. Check-in guy uncommunicative and took forever to check me in.Problems finding controls for aircon and lights in room.
