Amazing place to stay and...

Liked: The hotel was amazing, clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptional and really couldn’t do enough for you.
Disliked: The breakfast was very plentiful and an amazing selection to choose from but the only issue was the hot breakfast was not warm and the plates were cold.

Liked: Location. Personnel friendliness
Disliked: Bathroom (missing hangers) ; water temperature in shower (too low) ; breakfast (not enough choice); plugs in hotel rooms (too few). mini bar (not cold enough).

Liked: The staff was helpful when I signaled the AC in my room was not working nor was the bed a real queen size
Disliked: The hotel is definitely up to 5* standards, the bathroom smelled of urine and the pillows were cheap. The lighting is quasi absent and the shower floor was yellow.

Restful, peaceful and enjoyable.

Liked: The location is the best with easy access to the nearby shopping centre. I couldn’t make time for breakfast as I was leaving very early for work.
Disliked: My stay was wonderful and I can’t complain about anything. The staff was friendly and helpful.
