Liked: Large room. Very clean. Nespresso in the room. Natural light (my room likes to Blas Pascal street). Bathroom with everything you need. Very good hairdryer.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great.

Not a 4 star property...

Liked: The location is fine, not a cute street/neighborhood but quite ok. The staff always very willing to help
Disliked: This is not a 4 star hotel, not in Mexico, not anywhere but unfortunately, I paid the rate of a 4-star. The property needs a renovation, the lobby and the rooms feel very outdated. The coffee machine wasn't working (the front desk lady kindly brought me a coffee, thank you!), the TV was working odd, the bathroom was small and very bland. Breakfast should be included in the rate! It was okay but the owner has one person to attend all guests so if you go at 8am, poor Eder, he is good but he is running around tables, all calling for him... not the scenario you want in a "4 star hotel breakfast'. Not coming back.
