Our stay was pleasant, quiet and very comfortable. It was great that the venue was only a 3 minute walk away.

Liked: Very quiet; modern and very compact.
Disliked: The light coming from the bathroom shower wall when the bathroom is being used in the middle of the night.

Disliked: Personal preference, - the bed was super soft, not for me as well as all the pillows. Only one facecloth.

Liked: The locating was ideal. I had looked at other hotels that were using dynamic pricing and rejected them for that reason. I was wiling to pay extra for this hotel.
Disliked: I want able to park underground.

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean modern rooms.
Disliked: This hotel is pricier than most for what you get (you're paying for location). The room was smaller than expected and was cramped with our luggage and stuff. We did not like the excessive wait times for the elevator. One evening, we waited 10 minutes to get an elevator from the lobby to our room. When we were checking out, we waited 30 minutes for the elevator only to have it full of people each time it came to our floor. Highly frustrated, we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs from the 6th floor. Was not impressed about this. I would likely avoid this hotel in the future for this reason.

Disliked: Room was dirty, stains everywhere, coffee splattered under the desk not cleaned up. Poor poor housekeeping. Zero help from front desk.

Liked: We love the central location, fabulous views and the stylish decor. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There were a couple of quirks- the TV was spotty at times, the showerhead didn’t quite fit the holder.

Disliked: The parking is not good as well as you can only access your floor makes it’s hard to visit if staying with friends and family

Liked: The room was very nice, modern and bed was so comfy! I also love the floor to ceiling windows and the black out blinds!
Disliked: parking was always full and if you are staying at the hotel it should be free as this is a very busy downtown area and the meters are hard to come by. Maybe mention the height restrictions as we saw a pickup truck have to back out as he couldn't fit. This is Western Canada and we all have pickups!
