Disliked: The only issue we had was that the entrance was quite difficult to find.

Disliked: I have stayed at the Alt often when travelling to Saskatoon, and it has been a good experience. This time felt different; the room had a number of things that were not up to standard - the mini fridge was not working, the coffee maker was dirty, the ottoman was stained from dirty boots/shoes, and a couple of other things missed that required cleaning from the last occupants. I also tried the gym this time, and it is too small. One treadmill, one bench, and no fan or air circulation. Like working out in a closet.

Liked: This hotel has been the quietest hotel we have ever stayed at. It was comfortable, and the shower rainfall shower was nice.
Disliked: The only complaint would be how much water got on the floor while showering. The door did not seal well, so the bath mat was soaked.

Liked: The staff was the most pleasant I’ve ever had at a hotel. Incredibly accommodating to us with an infant.
