Very convenient to downtown Montreal....

Contemporary, Cozy, perfectly located Hotel...

Liked: The location was phenomenal! The train into Old Montreal is a 8 minute walk away, the train itself is only 15-20 min into Montreal. DIX30 Quartier has all the restaurants, shopping you could want. Great French Brasserie Cafe du Theatre is only 2 doors down. The staff was super friendly and the little hotel bar was lovely. Super contemporary rooms and very comfy beds. Free parking. So glad we found this gem!
Disliked: It would be a stretch to find something we didn't like. I suppose if pressed, I would say when we arrived, we weren't sure if it was OK to park right in front of the hotel. Otherwise, everything was A+

Liked: I was traveling for a concert at the Manuvie Theater, which is right next to the hotel. There is no better place than this in Brossard. The comfort of the room, the professionalism of the service and the kindness of the staff will always remain in my heart. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is everything you need nearby: shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment for children and adults. Simply magnificent!
Disliked: There is none.

Wonderful hotel!

Liked: Ample Free Parking available. Everything you need is right there - restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, cafes, liquor store, spa, etc. The staff were all very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The beds were so comfortable. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated.
Disliked: The only isse was the lack of hot water in my room. That ruined the whole experience. I thought it was the whole hotel so I didn't mention it until checkout. It seems it was only my room and they probably could have fixed it. Be aware, the area is VERY heavy with traffic on Fri & Sat days and nights due to all the shopping and one ways. But that's not a deterrent. I would stay there again.

Liked: My apologies to other potential guests of the excellent property on the south-shore of Montreal, but since I frequently stay at the ALT Hotel Quartier DIX30, I'm running out of positive adjectives. (you can aways scroll down for more detailed reviews of mine).
Disliked: No negatives to report.
