My now favourite hotel in...

Liked: I loved the hotel! “Le Germain” is such a solid brand, and it shows. I loved the “modern urban” feel, the spotless room, the comfy bed, the superb customer service, and the classy yet easy vibe! I’ll be back.
Disliked: The only (minor) improvement - the room was too hot for my liking (21c), and the only way I could keep it at my comfortable 17c is through running the cool air, which was not ideal as it makes a bit of noise. Would have loved a proper thermostat.

Great location but poor customer...

Liked: location
Disliked: no food service in evening, no adjustment made for governeent of canada rate, bookimg.com was used which was used to justofy refusal to apply rate. Not acceptable!
