Liked: About a fifteen minute walk to the main train station. Close to the town hall. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. My room was modern and spacious. A nice selection for breakfast

The 3 things I are....

Liked: The room was at the back of the hotel and to our surprise there was a small balcony. The housekeeping staff member on the 4th floor was very helpful. The breakfast was good with a lot of cold options but there was only scrambled eggs boiled eggs and rashers as a hot option. There could have been a little more hot options
Disliked: The hotel stated there was a bar there.Firstly it is not a bar it is a counter with space for 5 guests at the counter with 1 tap for 1 type of draught beer. It seems to only open Fridays to Sumdays. The 1 bar staff member rang in sick the Friday we were there so the bar didn't open. The Saturday night he kept disappearing in to the back area. We didn't bother checking it out on the Sunday night and if guests wanted to use the sauna or spa they had to walk through the "bar area" to access it More of a selection in bar non alcaholic drinks plus maybe coffee and tea.

Liked: Very attentive and kind receptionist and breakfast staff. A wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Close to Metro and train stations.
