Liked: Very attentive and kind receptionist and breakfast staff. A wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Close to Metro and train stations.

Not a great experience

Liked: The staff at breakfast were friendly. The gentleman very nice.
Disliked: No facilities what so ever. Could not make a drink or get a drink (tea) Complimentary Fizzy water in the room which I do not like or soda and alcohol in the mini bar of which I don’t drink. No help when went to reception to ask where we could get a drink. Was told usually there is a bar but the waiter was on holiday. Only could get tea with breakfast. No kettle facility in the room.

In need of some updating...

Liked: The room was a good size and the breakfast was nice with lots of different options to choose from. Even though I travelled for work, it was nice to see that the hotel is dog-friendly.
Disliked: It's very dated, I felt like stepping back at least 30 years when stepping through the door into my room. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and the shower was fitted with a fabric shower curtain. Unfortunately, this gave it more of a 2-star feel overall. The room was also very hot during the entire stay, the bathroom radiator regulator did not work so it was on the entire time. The hotel is located on a busy main road and even on the 5th floor, the traffic noise is impossible to shut out even with the windows closed, which didn't make for a great night's sleep.
